Round House
Ramped Order of UNitized Dwellings
Round House is a typological exploration of housing driven by computational rulesets. All pedestrian concourses maintain 1:20 maximum slope and level out at the entrance to each residence (69 units, 1-5 bedroom, up to 3 bathroom, all ADA). Floor plans are drawn in Rhino and instantiated along Parametric guide curve network which adjusts all connecting facilities to meet the needs and configurations of each unit.
