A CLT template for co-housing, Illegal Housing makes an arguement for multiple changes to zoning in Atlanta and the U.S. at large. Its violations include terms of habitation, setback regulations, minimum parking, fire stair minimums, and height limits for wooden structures. It is; however, scrupulously in compliance with ADA suggestions for thresholds, turning radii, and minimum widths.
